Planning the perfect proposal doesn’t have to be overwhelming or expensive. Our Proposal Package is designed for couples who want a beautifully styled, romantic experience without compromising on quality or presentation.
Your booking includes a two-hour proposal window. Our team arrives one hour before your scheduled proposal time to complete the full setup, so everything is perfectly styled before your special moment begins. Professional setup and breakdown are included.

What's included in the Proposal Package?
A two-hour proposal window, professional setup (our team arrives one hour early) and breakdown, one statement backdrop or focal piece, one neon sign, and accent decor such as candleholders, candles and soft lighting based on availability.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes – the package price is plus an additional travel fee, listed on our website as “delivery.”
Do you book the proposal location?
Clients are responsible for booking and securing the proposal location. Journey Event Rentals does not book locations and is not responsible for permits or approvals.
Can you recommend a photographer?
Yes. Photography is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee – we work with several experienced photographers who specialize in proposals, engagements and surprise moments.
Can I customize the setup?
Absolutely. Every proposal can be customized using items from our inventory or styled around your preferred colors, theme or vision.
