Planning the perfect proposal does not have to be overwhelming or expensive. Our Proposal Package is designed for couples who want a beautifully styled, romantic proposal experience at an accessible price point, without compromising on quality or presentation.

This limited promotional package offers a professionally curated proposal setup that creates an unforgettable moment, ideal for intimate engagements, surprise proposals, and romantic celebrations throughout South Florida.

What’s Included

Your booking includes a two hour proposal window. Our team will arrive one hour prior to your scheduled proposal time to complete the full setup so everything is perfectly styled before your special moment begins. Professional setup and breakdown are included.

This package allows you to select one statement backdrop or focal piece from our inventory, which may include

Customization

The setups shown are examples of what your proposal can look like. Every proposal is customizable using the items available in our inventory or styled around your preferred colors, theme, or vision. Whether you prefer something classic, modern, or uniquely personal, we work with you to bring your idea to life using our curated décor selection.

Travel Fee Information

The $500 package price is plus an additional travel fee. Travel is listed on our website as delivery and applies to proposal locations within Palm Beach County and Broward County, Florida. This promotional package rate is available only within these service areas.

Important Details

Clients are responsible for booking and securing the proposal location. Journey Event Rentals does not book locations and is not responsible for permits or approvals.

Photography and Vendor Add Ons

Photography is available as an optional add on for an additional fee. We work with several experienced and credible photographers who specialize in proposals, engagements, and surprise moments. If you would like photography added to your booking, we can connect you with one of our trusted photography partners.

In addition to photography, we have established relationships with reputable local vendors and can assist with referrals for services such as luxury car services, transportation, and other special request vendors needed to enhance your proposal experience. Vendor services are coordinated separately and are subject to availability and vendor pricing.

The proposal location must be fully booked and approved prior to our arrival. Setup cannot begin without confirmed access to the space.

Journey Event Rentals is fully insured. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request for public spaces, venues, or businesses requiring insured vendors.
