How do I book rentals?
You can book directly through our website or by calling/texting us at 561-710-1826. A deposit is required to secure your date.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes, the security is applied at the end when you are cashing out. It is 20% of your rental total. Your security deposit will be sent back to you after your rental has been returned and examined for any damages.
How do I pay for the rentals?
Journey Event Rentals accepts payment by major credit cards including Zelle, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Is delivery available for all of our items?
Yes, delivery is available through out Palm Beach and Broward County Florida.
When will my items be delivered and for how much?
Deliveries are made according to the time that was specified when reserving the rental. We will call you the day before to confirm the location and time.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes you can! However, Larger or more delicate items (bounce houses, flower walls, and backdrops) require delivery by our team to ensure safety and quality.
Is there any minimum for delivery?
There is no minimum for delivery.
Are the items cleaned after each use?
All items are cleaned and sanitized by our staff.
How far in advance do I need to reserve an item?
It is recommended to reserve as far in advance as possible as we tend to be booked out during some weekends and most major holidays.
What’s included with the Photo Booth rental?
Our Selfie Photo Booth includes unlimited digital photos, GIFs, boomerangs, a physical attendant, digital props and backdrops, custom overlays, instant sharing, and an online gallery. Add-ons like backdrops are available.
How long is the rental period?
Most items are rented on a per-day basis. Photo booth rentals have specific time slots with options to add more hours. Let us know your needs, and we’ll work with your schedule.
When will my deposit be refunded?
Security deposits are refunded using the original payment method after the items are returned in good condition. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for you to see the funds.
How can I leave a review or refer a friend?
You can leave a review through our Google Business page. We love referrals and often offer thank-you discounts for referring new clients.
Do you offer same-day rentals?
Same-day rentals may be available depending on inventory and delivery capacity. Please call or text us directly at 561-710-1826 for urgent requests.
What if I need to cancel my rental, what is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days before your event for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, your security deposit will be forfeited, but the rest will be refunded. No-shows or same-day cancellations receive no refund.
