Booking & payment
How do I book rentals?
You can book directly through our website or by calling or texting us at 561-710-1826. A deposit is required to secure your date.
Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes, the security deposit is applied at the end when you are checking out. It is 20% of your rental total. Your security deposit will be sent back to you after your rental has been returned and examined for any damages.
How do I pay for the rentals?
Journey Event Rentals accepts payment by major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Zelle and cash.
How far in advance do I need to reserve an item?
It is recommended to reserve as far in advance as possible, as we tend to be booked out during some weekends and most major holidays.
Do you offer same-day rentals?
Same-day rentals may be available depending on inventory and delivery capacity. Please call or text us directly at 561-710-1826 for urgent requests.
Delivery & pickup
Is delivery available for all of your items?
Yes, delivery is available throughout Palm Beach and Broward County, Florida.
When will my items be delivered?
Delivery and pickup are available around the clock by appointment. Your delivery and collection times must be arranged and confirmed with your order. These appointments may take place outside our published customer service hours.
Share your event date, address and required access times when requesting your quote so we can confirm the schedule.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes you can! However, larger or more delicate items (such as flower walls and backdrops) require delivery by our team to ensure safety and quality.
Is there any minimum for delivery?
There is no minimum for delivery.
Rentals & care
Are the items cleaned after each use?
All items are cleaned and sanitized by our staff.
How long is the rental period?
Most inventory is rented per day. The digital iPad photo booth is $185 for all day self service. The DSLR booth starts at $175 for two hours with additional hours at $65 each. The 360 booth starts at $225 for two hours with additional hours at $65 each, or $485 for six hours.
What's included with the Photo Booth rental?
Choose a DSLR photo booth from $175 for two hours with an attendant, or a digital iPad booth for $185 per day with no attendant and no physical prints. Unlimited Printing is a separate $75 add on for an eligible attended booth rental, not a standalone service. The 360 video booth is separate and starts at $225 for two hours. Cancellations & refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days before your event for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, your security deposit will be forfeited, but the rest will be refunded. No-shows or same-day cancellations receive no refund. Read our refund policy.
How do I cancel my order?

When will my deposit be refunded?
Security deposits are refunded using the original payment method after the items are returned in good condition. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for you to see the funds.
How can I leave a review or refer a friend?
You can leave a review through our Google Business page. We love referrals and often offer thank-you discounts for referring new clients.
